01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the onexh platform — including cricket betting markets, the live casino suite, slot games, Super Bingo rooms, Color Prediction rounds, or any other product available at onexh.net — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and onexh (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these terms, and that you personally accept full responsibility for compliance.

onexh reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish an updated version on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the onexh website at onexh.net, including all associated web pages, services, games, betting markets, account systems, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the onexh registration process, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's onexh account, comprising real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by onexh under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering and eligibility conditions before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a cricket betting market, casino game, slot spin, bingo ticket, color prediction round, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by onexh policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to player accounts under onexh's licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the onexh platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for participation in any gaming or betting activity on the onexh platform, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the onexh platform or had your account suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to your account or any wagers placed.

By completing the onexh registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria listed above are satisfied. Providing false information during registration — including falsifying your date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money betting, gaming, and withdrawal features on onexh, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) onexh account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized that activity.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date. You must notify onexh promptly of any changes to your personal details.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

onexh will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from onexh asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

onexh reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the onexh platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). onexh supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Pakistan:

• HBL (Habib Bank Limited — bank transfer)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your onexh account. onexh reserves the right to update these limits at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

All funds deposited to onexh must be sourced from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are prohibited. onexh may request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed by onexh within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method. onexh is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances outside the platform's direct control. Completed withdrawals cannot be reversed once processed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

onexh offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where there is any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific term takes precedence in relation to that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all onexh bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and tracked independently in your account wallet display.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — cricket betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and color prediction rounds each carry specific contribution percentages detailed per promotion.
• Bonuses have fixed validity periods. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• A maximum bet per spin or per round applies when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• onexh bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation — including coordinated wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or abuse of referral structures — voids all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

onexh reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it deems it necessary to do so for the integrity of the platform, compliance with regulatory requirements, or in response to identified abuse patterns.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the onexh platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot machines, Super Bingo, and Color Prediction rounds each operate under product-specific rule sets accessible within the relevant game or market interface.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all onexh products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered and available for a specific market at the relevant time.
• onexh reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error — including where odds were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault or data feed error.
• Cricket betting markets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void, onexh's cricket rules — available within the sportsbook interface — govern settlement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified. Game malfunction voids all affected pays and plays.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per round, and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• onexh may place additional restrictions on betting activity — including market-specific liability limits — at its discretion. Players will be notified where such restrictions affect their individual account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the onexh platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, AI systems, or any other non-human mechanism to access the platform, navigate markets, place bets, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from identified bugs must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players to coordinate betting outcomes, share inside information, or systematically divide bonus terms between accounts.
• Using knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or inside information regarding sporting outcomes for the purposes of placing bets on the onexh platform.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) onexh account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Facilitating access to the platform by underage individuals, including sharing your account credentials with anyone under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward onexh staff, customer support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or systems of the onexh platform.

onexh employs a range of technical and operational monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and sports integrity bodies in the investigation of suspected violations.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the onexh platform — including but not limited to the onexh brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, data feeds, written content, graphics, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of onexh or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any platform content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from onexh.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping the platform or any part of it.
• Using the onexh brand name, logo, or trade dress in any context without explicit written authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on onexh platform content or software.

Any unauthorized use of onexh intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels. onexh reserves all rights not expressly granted under this limited licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onexh's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their onexh account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

onexh shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond onexh's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, data centre failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or game content providers operating on or in connection with the platform.
• Any changes to applicable law that affect the legality of your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits onexh's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

onexh is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform recognises that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and takes its duty of care to all players seriously — not merely as a licensing requirement, but as a foundational operational value.

Every registered onexh account has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given time period. Once reached, further wagering is automatically suspended until the next period begins.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your continued use of the onexh platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available real-money balance through the standard cashier process prior to account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under onexh's international gaming license jurisdiction. The platform operates under an internationally recognized gaming license, and all regulatory obligations — including player protection, AML compliance, RNG certification, and responsible gaming standards — are enforced under that licensing framework.

In the event of any dispute arising between a player and onexh in connection with these terms or any activity on the platform, the following process applies:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
